If I want to return a product, what do I do?

If you receive a damaged product, or if you simply decide that you do not want a product, please call us at 1-888-999-8988 between 8:00am and 5:00pm Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday. Our Customer Care Representatives will give you a Return Authorization Number and instructions on how to ship your purchase back to us.
